From September 26 to October 6, 2024, the 27th Annual MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival will take place in the Riga cinemas Splendid Palace and KSuns.

This unique festival will also be held in Liepāja, Ventspils, Kuldīga, Cēsis, Valmiera, Jūrmala, Sigulda, Daugavpils, and other cities in Latvia from September 26 to October 6. Before the screening of international short films, viewers will have the opportunity to watch the winning film of the BALTIC FILMTALES children's and youth short film festival.

MANHATTAN SHORT is a one-of-a-kind festival where viewers worldwide become film critics, voting for one of the top 10 short films in the world. More than 100,000 film lovers unite in one week to watch the finalists' films and select a winner, which will be announced on October 7, 2024.

 Films will be shown in English and the original languages with Latvian and Russian subtitles.
