The new film from the creators of "The Foundation of Criminal Excellence". A young police detective starts to work in Riga Center Precinct in the mid- 90s. Pretty soon his youthful enthusiasm meets the harsh reality of the streets and he realizes that to rid the city of crime, some borders - ethical and legislative, will have to be crossed.
